Belitung — How This Works
I don’t operate tours in Indonesia. I’m not a guide, and I don’t sell services on the ground there.
What I do is simple: I prepare you in Singapore, then we travel to Belitung together as fellow photographers.
The preparation happens here. Before we go, we’ll cover composition, lighting, Snapseed editing, and what to expect. That’s the teaching part — and it happens on Singapore soil.
Then we travel together. Same flight, same hotel, same sunrise. I bring my camera. You bring yours. We shoot side by side. YenYen — my local friend in Belitung — handles everything on the ground: the boatman, the village roads, the food. She’s the expert there. I’m just a fellow traveller who happens to know a thing or two about light.
Think of it less as a tour and more as travelling with a friend who can’t stop talking about photography.
